Meet the Honest Toil team.
The team of two, to be precise: Tom and Juli run Honest Toil. Originally from the UK and Hungary, they fell in love with Greece when Tom’s family relocated to the town of Kyparissia.
They suddenly found themselves responsible for a tiny olive grove, consulting neighbours down the local taverna on harvesting techniques and exploring the olive press of Armenios. This is how they ended up with their first batch of self-produced olive oil. They say: “Once you’re fortunate enough to have more olive oil than you need, you might as well share it with others.”
And their product has found its home in TATI as well, and we couldn’t be happier about it!
