SOUS-CHEF
Tasks
- Role:
- Assisting the chef in the daily management and coordination of kitchen operations
- Supervising and directing the food preparation process
- Managing, motivating, and supervising kitchen staff
- Performing administrative tasks
- Complying with and enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations

- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the desired position
- You enjoy working with quality ingredients from Hungarian producers

- You can perform well both in a team and independently

- You have leadership and communication skills
- You are knowledgeable about kitchen technologies
- You have excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- You are flexible and capable of working under high pressure, and you are creative
- You comply with hygiene regulations

- Fixed starting salary of 700,000 HUF during the probation period
- After the probation period, a sales bonus system and leadership bonus
- 4 working days per week
