At TATI, these values are not only present but form the foundation of our kitchen. Our wine list features organic and natural selections, while our dishes are prepared using ingredients sourced from local producers and our own farm, brought directly to the table through a short, transparent journey. Less than a year after opening, our farm-to-table approach was recognised by the Michelin Guide with a recommendation in 2023. We have proudly maintained this recognition in 2024 and 2025 as well.
