The Csoroszlya Farm at the foot of the Vértes Mountain started organic farming in 2015, after many years of traditional methods.
Their goal is to produce such a quality that everyone from the microbes living in the soil to the consumer can benefit from. Their flour is made from their own wheat, from sowing to grinding.
They believe in continuous development, their goal is to farm modernly, yet sustainably, through the exchange of experience and the acquisition of new technologies, and to pass on this approach to the next generation.
